My sister bought a "new" home and called several plumbing companies for a quote. We settled on YB Plumbing not only because they had the most competitive price for a total replumbing job, but they took the most time to explain the need and scope of work. Mark was very patient, knowledgable, and most of all honest and fair. Once we settled on them for the job, we called and they promptly scheduled the job. Yuki, the plumber sent to do the job provided amazing service. Even though we are remodeling and most of the interior is being ripped out, he was careful to be tidy. He was also thorough and made sure we understood everything being done. The job took a day and and half and we are beyond pleased. Had mark an Andy stop by Monday at 6:30, I had a leak under my kitchen sink the p-trap. And hot water heater wasn't making hot water anymore. They promptly came in figured out the problem . An told me my options. They ended up repairing/replacing my p-trap with new pipe that's able to take off by hand. Great! And they also replaced my hot water heater that iv had for 15 years, they showed me the really dirty water that I was showering in every day.. ewh. But now it's a new heater, with clean water. Thanks yb plumbing for such quickness, professionalissm, cheap prices, and experience you could tell knew what they were doing. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Mark did a Superb job!!!! We had been without hot water for a week, trying to figure out what was wrong we called the gas company and they were no help at all!!! Mark, with YB plumbing was fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable about what it would take to get hot water in our home! He was very detailed in all of his explanations every step of the way!!! Unfortunately we has to replace the entire water heater but, I trusted that he would get the job done and he did!!! I just got a new washing machine and was waiting for my husband to install it for me but Mark went above and beyond to install it for me at no additional charge!!! He was totally heaven sent!!!! I had a sewer back up problem at my house an called theses plumbers out to fix my problem. Mark an Andy showed up, we shook hands introduced ourselves an began talking about what was happening. Decided we needed to run sewer machine to fix the problem fast, then run camera thus sewer line to see what was causing the problem. The camera found a bunch of roots that done showed into the line an then a complete break in the sewer line. They gave me quote to fix the sewer line an I agreed, the next day they had machines digging up the old line an replacing it. They even installed 2 clean outs for free. The only words I have for this company is AFFORDABLE, FAST, GREAT WORK, GREAT SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECCOMMAND this company ~ darren w

Needed a hot water heater fixed asap....tomorrow's Christmas Eve....called YB plumbing & scheduled an appointment to have someone come out to assess the problem....the visit was scheduled 2 take place between 11a-1p....2 plumbers were at my home about noon....they were very knowledgeable....capable....informative & professional....they took away the old water heater & promised to bring & install a new one later this evening.....they kept their promise....which put the icing on the cake for me....I was very impressed with the experience.....from the availability of an appointment so close to the holidays....to the courtesy and care displayed by Mark and Matt who came out to render services....you guys rock....❤ ~ Carla S

I have an old house that needs lots of repairs. I decided to work on one thing at a time until a bathroom roof started dripping constantly. I called YB Plumbing, and Mark and Matt came out that evening within a few minutes the pinhole was found and then repaired. I had previously been quoted 6,000 to repipe the entire house. Mark informed me that nothing was wrong with my copper pipes. I then asked for a quote to make repairs to the showers. It was not cheap, but it was in line with what other companies were charging (I checked the average prices for Houston area online). The next day the work was completed. I liked how he explained what he was doing. I could tell that he enjoys his work, and it is important to him to do the job right. I will be using YB Plumbing again in the near future...and yes I will request Mark to do the next job. ~ Belinda M

Called at 12:30PM to have someone at my house that afternoon. Woman I talked to on the phone was polite and told me they could have someone out around 3 PM. Told her I wouldn't be home until 3:30 and she said they could have someone out between 4 and 6. Got a call at 3:50 telling me that the plumber would be there in 10 mins and sure enough he pulled up right at 4 PM. After explaining to him what was going on he gave me a price and went to work. 15 minutes later my problem was fixed! Very quick, efficient, and explained what I needed without overbearing me with things I wouldn't have any idea about. Would highly recommend their service to anyone! Our hot water heater went out last week. I called YB Plumbing on Tuesday morning and they had Matt and Mark out to our house that afternoon. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. They both came the following night on Wednesday to completely replace the water heater. They went above and beyond by replacing some of the water valves, piping, and insulation as well. Before they left, they made sure we knew how to operate the new equipment entirely. I am extremely pleased with YB Plumbing, and especially with Matt and Mark. Mark and YB Plumbing came to my rescue. My house was backed up and and I didn't have a clue what it was. Mark explained as soon as he arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing. First time at the house and he knew right off hand what was wrong. He and his partner Andy worked together to unblock the area that was blocked, replaced the valve in my toilet, and cleaned everything as if nothing had ever happened. They where very patient and explained everything. They even gave discounts so that we wouldn't be out of an extreme amount of money. So thankful they came out today. Absolutely my plumbers moving forward and definitely recommend for everyone! Scheduling was very quick and easy. I called this morning to schedule a consult and Tim and another young man arrived later in the afternoon. I needed to have a gas valve replaced for a dryer hookup since the present one was no longer functional. Considered doing this as a DIY project but Quickly realized I shouldn’t.The whole process took maybe an hour and they even installed the gas dryer since we had no clue how to. Tim has made my day, I can now use my new dryer!! Let me just add that YB plumbing is the second plumbing consult I had in my home today. The first company that came out this morning quoted me $1500 for what YB quoted $225. Yup....let that sink in. I’m done, I was sold. Glad I got a second opinion :-) $1500 - are you kidding me, for a $700 dryer!! I think not! Thank you YB!!!! ~ Jay Y

I called at 10:30am..the operator scheduled me for 11-2; less than 45 mins later the plumber arrived at my home. Mark was his name; very customer oriented, knowledgeable and professional. He assessed the problem & suggested different options to me. He completed the job in under an hour. I'm so happy. Everyone at YB PLUMBING is professional and customer service oriented. The plumber helped us resolve a particularly horrible experience we had with other plumbing company. To say he went out of his way for us is a huge understatement. YB PLUMBING ran new water lines in our bathroom, installed a vanity, sink and faucets. They replaced the service valve to our main water supply because the water company broke it off and would not fix it. We also had a toilet and new tub drain installed by YB PLUMBING. We had a water heater that was failing and had corroded all the way through the top. We called YB Plumbing during a very busy time for them as it was right before Christmas. They squeezed us in and that was great. Mark came out and determined we needed to replace the water heater because it was becoming unsafe. He went out of his way to call the manufacturer as the old water heater was under warranty. He even went with us to Home Depot to get the new warranty replacement water heater. Marks installation of the new water heater was performed expertly as it was taller than the last one so he had to make many adjustments to all the pipes, hoses, as well as the ventilation piping. Mark even came back twice just to make sure that all the roof flashings were completely sealed and the job was performed up to strict standards. My wife and I would recommend Mark and YB Plumbing for all of your servicing needs. A++ ~ Tye C

YB plumbing is great! They do awesome work an are now my go to plumbers for all my rent houses. So here's my story, I called yb bc I had a leaky hot water heater. They showed up right on time an explained that you can't fix this problem it just needs to be replaced. They gave me a cheap cheap qoute an the best part was they could install it right then. Which makes me super happy that I could finally take a hot shower. YB plumbing had my old heater out an new heater installed an working great within a hour. Had Mark an his helper stop by just a few mins ago. My hot water in my kitchen faucet wasn't working, an bathroom drain was broke. Mark check out under the kitchen sink un did a hose an explained to me that we needed a new faucet. He gave a cheap cheap price an well I got a new kitchen faucet installed. Then they went to my bathroom an installed new drain, they were very cheap, fast an knew what they were doing an made it all look super easy lol. This company installed a new tankless water heater, a kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, new p-traps under every sink, new valves under the sink, an a whole new water line repipe. I am very pleased with there work, prices, an how fast they got the job done. They finished my whole house in one day. The 6 plumbers got straight to work an promised me they would be done in one day. I had a plumbing issue in my master bathroom, Water build up and did not drain to the point of flooding our master bedroom. We called YB plumbing because a family member use them before and had only good words to say. Tech showed up with in the hour which was very impressive. Immediately he diagnosed the issue finding a breakage in our old draining line. The worked very late that night digging and replacing the line. Had Mark an Andy come out an see about my leak. Was my main water line in front yard. An well after the freeze an snow the leak appeared. Well explains that cold weather an water in pipes don't mix, bc water expands when froze. An that the pipe was probably cracked from the street to my house all the way. The very next day they were back out here with big machine digging up the old pipe, they even showed me the cracked pipe. But they fixed it an played new pipe down. We had a pressure issue in our West University Place shower — sometimes strong, sometimes barely there. I called YB Plumbing, and Ron arrived right on time. He found that mineral buildup in the cartridge and supply lines was restricting flow. He cleaned it all out, flushed the system, and got everything running smoothly again. I was dealing with an outdoor leak in my front yard in Stafford that I thought was a sprinkler issue, but it turned out to be a broken supply line. Called YB Plumbing and they sent Ron the same day. He used a pressure test to pinpoint the break, dug it out carefully, and replaced the damaged section without disturbing the landscaping too much. He really took pride in doing the job right.
